Mark Lee

Mark Lee is the founding Director of Watermark & Co. He works as an adviser, coach and facilitator with the Chief Executives, Boards and senior management of clients to bring out the best in their performance, individually and collectively.

Clients in strategy, organisational development and coaching include AET Tankers, the shipping group; Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM; British Council; structural engineers Eckersley O'Callaghan; Element Pictures, the Academy Award-winning film and TV producers; Ofcom, the UK's broadcasting, telecommunications and postal services regulator; Hugo Boss, the German fashion clothing group; Informa, the world's largest events organiser; publishing group Pan Macmillan; Rede Partners, private equity finance advisors.

Mark Lee was born in Singapore, raised in Malaysia and came to school in England when he was thirteen. He read Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) at Balliol College, Oxford University, and gained his Masters at London Business School. He has taught at IMD, the Swiss Business School and is a past faculty member of AT Kearney's Global Business Policy Council. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
